4. How long we keep your data

• Enquiries that don't lead to a quote: deleted within 12 months.
• Quotes that don't become orders: deleted within 2 years.
• Customer records (jobs we've completed): retained for 6 years from the end of the financial year of the work, in line with HMRC requirements.
• Marketing preferences: retained until you withdraw consent.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

• Our email service provider (used to send enquiry notifications)
• Our website hosting provider (where the data is stored)
• Our accountant and HMRC (for legal/tax purposes)
• Trade suppliers — only the details necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. a delivery address for sealed units)

All providers we work with are in the UK or EU, or hold an adequate transfer mechanism for any international transfers.
